"You can have everything you want in life if you help enough others get what they want" - Zig Ziglar
I grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and spent most of my childhood lying, cheating and stealing to get what I wanted. As I grew older those bad habits only got me into trouble. After a few close calls involving theft and reckless driving, I moved to Toronto and somehow graduated University. After University I landed myself a lucrative job as a travelling salesperson but without ever reforming my bad habits only got into more trouble. At 25 years old, I found myself overweight, out of shape, broke and over my head in debt. I was binge drinking every night, constantly burning bridges with friends, showing up late for work and was losing any and all respect from my colleagues. I was having problems with my skin and heart and was still having run-ins with the law. And almost all of this I kept hidden from those close to me. Something had to change.
The greatest thing I ever did was to begin to take ownership for my actions. Accepting that all my misfortune was not luck or by accident but as a result of poor decisions. I wasn't living out of purpose, just impulsive actions and emotional reactions. I realized that if I could better manage my choices and act with intention things would improve. That's when I came up with my own Jeff-ilosophies to lead my decisions - the "Why" I do things. Your happiness, success, mood entirely relies on the CHOICES you make. Since that very day I have done everything in my power to improve my life and I realize that everyday can and will be better than the last.
I am committed to sharing my life's experiences and helping others from making excuses and start making a difference.

“People are chasing cash, not happiness. When you chase money, you’re going to lose. You’re just going to. Even if you get the money, you’re not going to be happy.” – Gary Vaynerchuk
I grew up in a small town of a little more than 100 people and even though I didn’t have a lot growing up , my parents worked very hard to make sure I had the bare necessities. I learned at a young age that nothing is handed to you and you need to earn your keep.
When I turned 18, I got a job as a car sales person and although I knew nothing about the car industry or how to effectively communicate with other people I was eager to figure it out. I made a commitment then and there to learn my craft and be the absolute best. I read books, watched videos, studied my product and left myself notes all over the house with my daily intentions and goals. I built a lot of great relationships with a lot of great people and got a high off delivering great customer service and making people happy. I became vastly successful due to my dedication to customer care and relentless pursuit of improvement.
Today I am the youngest Sales Manager to ever work at my dealership and have built myself a comfortable life for my fiance and new born son. I want to start an online marketing company and by helping produce motivational content for my friends and family will achieve my goals while helping those around me. One of the greatest lessons I've ever learned was that little things every day that can lead to great results and success beyond our wildest dreams.
I want to produce this content to share the things I have learned in hopes of making even the smallest impact in your life and your success.
